First List of selected students after Test 20/05/22
Documents to be submitted
(i) 3 passport size photograph of the child
(ii) 3 passport size photograph of the parents
(iii) Attested photocopy of the birth certificate
(iv) Residence Proof – Aadhar Card/Passport/Electricity bill/Water bill/Rent Agreement / MTNL Bill.
(v) Personal Photo Identification – Voter Card/Driving License /Aadhar Card
(vi) Photocopy of the vaccination card attested by Doctor.
EWS – BPL Ration Card (Yellow Colour/AAY Ration Card Pink Colour)/Electricity Bill/Domicile/SC,ST,OBC certificate/Rent Agreement (6 months old)
